As the Founder and CEO of SARMAQ, he has built a team of over 20 SMEs who have completed more than 50 engagements across various industries and technologies, drawing on global experiences to resolve clients' most complex technology-related challenges.
Prior to launching SARMAQ, he held several IT leadership positions where he managed and delivered large-scale projects such as infrastructure assessments, data center migrations, disaster recovery/business continuity, and global service desk implementations. He then transitioned to work in partnership with consulting and private equity firms as a Managing IT Consultant for Mergers & Acquisitions deals, showcasing his exceptional business acumen and strategic skills.
Mr. Kareem is highly qualified with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering Technology from the University of Houston, as well as a Masters candidacy in Network Communication/Business Management.
